Rev. J. B. Lomo-Mainoo

Executive Chairman & Director, Business Development

Rev. J. B. Lomo-Mainoo is a development planner and business strategist whose career spans nearly five decades. He was educated at Prempeh College and Konongo Odumasi Secondary School, and trained in Resource Development Planning at KNUST.

Over 48 years he has built experience in land use planning, product development, marketing and business development, with work across tourism, agriculture, precious minerals and downstream petroleum. He has worked with UNDP, USAID, SNV, MUCIA, the World Bank, UNWTO, UNECA, DFID and GSU on tourism and nature conservation projects in Ghana, and brings two decades of experience in construction project management and programme development across public and private institutions.

His current vision is a commodities exchange platform for precious metals and petroleum products, inspired by his global professional network and by pioneering initiatives such as Ghana’s gold-for-oil trade, now adopted as national policy.

His approach uses interdisciplinary methods for resource development and value addition, treating land, minerals and petroleum as catalysts for industrialisation and modernisation in African economies.

Kwabena Nyarko Twumasi combines financial expertise, technology and international business leadership. He began in accountancy, serving local government and banking institutions in the United Kingdom, then moved into information technology in the mid-1990s and qualified as an Enterprise Resource Planning professional.

Over the next two decades he consulted for Fortune 500 companies across Europe, the Middle East and the United States, in industries including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, high technology, insurance, telecommunications and retail.

In 2007 he returned to Ghana to manage enterprises he had helped establish, in earth-moving equipment leasing, stone quarrying, gold mining and refining, and petroleum product sourcing.

In 2021 he partnered with Rev. J. B. Lomo-Mainoo to establish Jabo & Associates. His goal is to bring transparency, efficiency and lower costs to commodity sales and purchases in Sub-Saharan Africa, drawing on his international network of affiliates and contacts.

Rev. Gifty Laale Lomo-Mainoo

Director, Social Responsibilities

Rev. Gifty Laale Lomo-Mainoo’s career spans education, tourism, ministry and environmental advocacy. She studied at Wesley Girls’ High School, then French at the University of Ghana, Legon and the Université de Dakar, Senegal, followed by postgraduate training in English–French translation.

She spent over two decades in the tourism industry, specialising in responsible tourism. She designed itineraries and tour products that involve local communities, support cultural preservation and create income-earning opportunities.

As a minister she has dedicated her ministry to mentoring teenagers, and she helped establish two non-profit organisations, one faith-based and one in health.

She founded Gifts of Nature, a company offering eco-friendly gardening solutions built around air-purifying and drought-tolerant plants in handcrafted terra cotta pots. She exhibits at local flower and garden shows and is a member of the Green Ghana Movement.

Bernard Kwarteng Acheampong

Director, Solar Energy & Electric Vehicles

Bernard Kwarteng Acheampong is an architect with more than four decades of professional experience, including five years in the United Kingdom. He has provided architectural consultancy, business management and project oversight across residential, hospitality, industrial and commercial developments.

His projects include the Ridge Royal Hotel in Cape Coast (supervising architect, landscape and interior designer); senior staff residential buildings for Goldstar Resources, Bogoso, and for AGC, Bibiani; the Bougainville Estate at Community 18, Tema; Windilands Hotel, Accra; Mansonia Green Estate, Accra; and prototype Community Information Centres nationwide. In the UK he has worked on the Madina Mosque in Clapton, housing apartments in Watford and Hampstead, and the Queen Elizabeth Nurses Hostel in Hackney, London.

He brings design excellence, sustainability and proven project delivery to the company’s solar energy and electric vehicle initiatives.

François-David Haïck

External Director, Middle & Far East Trade

François-David Haïck is an international consultant and entrepreneur whose career bridges energy investment, real estate development and media production.

As a joint-venture specialist in the oil and gas sector, he has facilitated partnerships and strategic engagements across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia, bringing together investors, suppliers and stakeholders in complex international ventures.

In the creative industries he has served as Executive Producer at Evolution8 SARL in Lebanon, overseeing advertising campaigns, television formats and media productions. He is also the founder of Face Definition, a lifestyle and image consultancy.

He studied Advertising Media and Script Writing at the Academy of Art University, and combines that grounding with practical leadership in business development.

Ing. Adomako Yaw Benajah

Manager, Infotech

Ing. Adomako Yaw Benajah is a business leader with expertise in brokerage, business development, agriculture and fintech. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering and an International Business Certification.

He co-founded an agribusiness company that drives growth across the agricultural value chain through sourcing, aggregation, processing and trading of commodities. He has built partnerships with local and international buyers, suppliers and investors, and has led negotiations and market expansion.

He also supports business development, investment facilitation and international trade in the oil and gas and precious metals sectors, and is recognised for promoting compliance, professionalism and sustainable value creation in commodity trading and energy transactions.
